Order Processing
At Solunaq, we work hard to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time consists of two stages: processing time + shipping time.
United States
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers, customs, and weather conditions may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. This may happen if items are shipped from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, shipping delays may occur.
Solunaq cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, some delays are outside our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Solunaq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Checking around your delivery location
If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
International Customs and Duties
For international shipments, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Solunaq does not control or receive these fees.
